Welcome to my website of things that delight me.

I’m Destiny Jackson, a freelance journalist specializing in the crossroads of Blackness and pop culture.

I’ve created this space so that I could nerd-out about a myriad of things that catch my interest.

By a stroke of luck, and awesome editors, I have had the privilege of acquiring bylines at: The Hollywood Reporter, Collider, Script Magazine, CSUDH Bulletin, and Filmmaker Magazine to just name a few.

When I am not trying to chase down that New York Menace, Spider-Man, I can often be found over-drinking coffee, reading books, playing video games and watching too much damn television.

Educational notables: I have a degree in Journalism and Asian studies from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
